The study suggested that green tea extract cream causes fewer side effects than the benzoyl peroxide and the green tea group reported fewer cases of dry skin, itching and allergic responses.

According to some experts, green tea therapy is more attractive to the public because it is less toxic and has fewer or no side effects as compare to other drug based products. This herbal acne treatment is available in the form of green tea cream, a pill or drunk as a tea. It has been pretty well proven that the green tea extract cream is safe, well tolerated and effective.
