What Causes Wrinkles

Time can be a woman's worst enemy. When time goes by, wrinkles grow. A proverb says "Knows oneself and the other side, is undefeated in many battles." To fight against wrinkles, the first step is to find out what causes wrinkles.

Sun Exposure

To delay the formation of wrinkles you should become aware of staying out of the sun as much as possible. Compared with others, people who usually work outside, such as police, sportsmen or outside workers, have more skin diseases due to excessive sun exposure. In a specific working environment, it is difficult to protect their skin from damages.

Excessive Eye Usage

Those who usually work or see things with one eye like laboratory technician, scientific research staff seem to get under-eye-wrinkles more easily. Their eye muscles become tense all the time and gradually give rise to wrinkles.

Working in the Airtight Space

When working in an airtight room like stewardess, people will probably always have itchy dry skin due to environmental factors such as dry air and lack of humidity. As the moisture in the cabin is very thin, the skin is usually lacking water and wrinkles appear.

Wearing makeup

Generally, cosmetics are bad for your skin. They will cause the blockage of pores and the skin is lacking oxygen and water after makeup. Actors, models or someone who wear makeup tend to have more wrinkles because of their dry skin.

Tense

As a matter of fact, working in a tense mood also leads to wrinkles. Those people like brokers, intelligence personnel always have sleep problems. Lack of sleep and stress may be the factors in making their skin look tired and dry.

As we know, prevention is better than cure. Try to avoid those things as above mentioned in order to prevent the common symptoms of aging and try to look younger at advanced ages.
